Discussion, debate, development

Group discussions are excellent for encouraging participants to get creative and really think about an idea, e.g. a beta website, or a new service, product or brand development.

Groups can be either

• web-enabled, meaning that each participant has access to the internet so they can view and try out whatever it is you’re researching; or
• offline, meaning that the focus is on the issue or material in question, without needing to go online
